I suggest you can choose ethereum or litecoin. This two coins have potential in the market although the price is not too low but im sure this coins have future when you hold it for years.

Well if that way, you can buy what I recommend for you to buy .see the last few weeks very good growth, I recommend stellar lumens or xrp which where the price is just under $1.you can make it to invest long term, it can grow up to 100 * from now .

I think you should invest in Ripple or Nem, they are quite cheap and have high potential of growing high in the upcoming year.

If you want even cheaper option with good potential, then I'd suggest DGB.

It's late to invest on bitcoin because it costs too much for $20000 est. I recommend the ETH as it's price moved 80% since the early months of 2017, now it costs $700 and still rising. Try to buy ETH and hold it to earn and trade for bitcoin if you really want to , that way you can either buy bitcoin on low or high price.

You could buy a part of ethereum if you don't have enough money for buy it entirely or buy cheap altcoins, i suggest you deeponion for example, for me this coin will rise fastly.

I think you should go for those with lower price, those that not getting pumped these days,some of them would be :

Darcrus
Burst

Buy bitcoin as always this is the best crypto that everyone should have. And as you plan of holding for years, what you need to know is bitcoin is good at it. Many bitcoin holders in the world are existing and everyone does prepare to have their own bitcoin that's good for holding for years.

Please do your research on Ethereum, Bitcoin Gold, Monero and Zcash. I think they all have market potentials.

The code for Litecoin received a major update this year and is no longer the same. However, I prefer ETH for customizing coins.

Wait for Iota to dip, then buy. Electroneum is also a good investment with the hype all around it and the attention is justified because of the tech they offer. There's also other coins like Cardano and eos which are worth taking a look at.

As you can search in the market, there are many cheap coins that you can invest. IOTA, Stellar, Siacoin, Tron,...Both of them are top 100 and have a good development in 2017

It depends on many things. Many low priced coins are there in the market with big potential of rise such as XVG, RDD, DGB. If you hold these coins for some time, you can get good earnings as xvg is already start rising and others are ready.

When you posted this question in Bitcoin Discussion apparently you have some desires to
buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin will grow more, this is just one year and there will be more fruitful years
like this was. Price is not low, but you can buy little amounts when you can like I do.
