i can see drones being used, but not sure i'd let my car drive arounf strangers
Right now it seems like an idea from the future, however with automated cars, and companies already incorporating these concepts, this will soon become common, and a great way to supplement revenue with passive income.

I can agree with this. And I think that computer can react better and faster than us, once they reach appropriate level for mass use.

From what i understand autonomous vehicles will contact each other,so for example ur car will know the speed ,route etc of other cars around you,so chances of car accident will be lower.

Exactly this. In the future all vehicles will be autonomous, atleast those used for transportation,as it has so many benefits.

This seems like very interesting project, and ambitious. Those kind of vehicles are future, and we know that early bird gets the worm and early adopters benefit the most.

What exactly makes a vehicle autonomous?
it's the ability to be self sufficient. For example, it can self drive, self park. Even go to the gas station when fuel is low

I think self maintenance like gas is far ahead in the future. There's only been test drives now, which aren't completely 100% passed

I think self-charging isn't for ahead into the future. If they can be programmed with locations for package delivery, they could also be programmed to find charging docks in the vicinity. And this is where DAV comes in by facilitating an economy for autonomous vehicles. The drones could easily pay for getting charged with DAV tokens and smart contacts.

Exactly Roomba the cleaning robot does it as well, and has been for few years now
