Hello, I'm a new member here, However, I've recently been making posts regarding Avalon not sending my Batch #2 Asic. This is growing increasingly frustrating because I may be moving within a month or two and want to be sure I recieve it at the current address. I have an email from walletbit confirming correct info and they recieved my order: Adam Harding <support@walletbit.com> Feb 2

bump. This is my friend and SOMEBODY needs to see this. I can't believe avalon are about to ship batch 3 and yet we can't get anyone to help my friend get his batch 2 order.

Tickets are ignored. PM Bitsyncom here? Meh, their support is really spotty...
PMs are ignored. Also, phone calls and emails are ignored. My lawyer is drafting a letter that will be sent by certified mail to BitSyncom LLC's registered agent in Nevada. There doesn't seem to be any other way to reach them. By the way, forum staff, there are enough of these reports to support a scammer tag.

Bumping this again, as it's now looking like my Zefir's batch 1 chip order will be arriving before my friends day 1 Batch 2 order. This is ridiculous I hope bitsyncom or somebody sees this and gets my friend his asic.

Any updates on this? How many batch #2 people out there have not gotten their machines yet? Anyone able to reach Yifu? Do we need to organize and go more public with this? Open to any suggestions.

I find it odd that the still ship #3 but not #2.
Did they ever get all of the first batch shipped?
Very odd...
I agree, it makes me seriously wonder if there are any first batchers in the same situation. Honestly I find it odder that they are shipping batches of chips but not #2. The lack of response of any kind from Avalon is downright disrespectful, sent them numerous messages since Febuary trying to be sure this was all good and essentially no reply. Hopefully someone can get through to him on everybody's behalf.
