Avalon has helped us (Fenix) reroute two Batch #2s ASICs after the BAKEWELL scam. We had to do quite a bit of follow up to get a response through, but got a high priority order at the end.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I find it odd that the still ship #3 but not #2.

Did they ever get all of the first batch shipped?

Very odd...
I agree, it makes me seriously wonder if there are any first batchers in the same situation. Honestly I find it odder that they are shipping batches of chips but not #2.

Avalon is NOT shipping the chips. Only one shipment was sent outside China 4 weeks late, which now looks like a PR stunt just to calm down angry customers.

The lack of response of any kind from Avalon is downright disrespectful, sent them numerous messages since Febuary trying to be sure this was all good and essentially no reply.
Hopefully someone can get through to him on everybody's behalf.

Several Avalon chips group buy organizers are treated the same, no response. My group buy organizer is waiting 4380 BTC worth of Avalon chips. Does not warrant any response from Mr. Yifu.

I contacted Xiangfu and appreciate his professionalism and ability to help immensely.  Seems like DHL has a package for me this Tuesday. Time will tell.

I wish I could say the same.  When I contacted him, he asked for details.  Haven't heard a peep back since I provided them.

I routinely ignore posters with paid advertising in their sigs.  You should too.

I recieved it and it is up and running. And sadly I paid in Bitcoin.  all in all, I'm glad I got my device, but I am beyond dissatisfied with avalon as whole because I should have recieved this unit long ago.   I also would like to thank xiangfu, without him I'd probably still be in ASIC limbo.
