No, there was a ANN thread and Bounty thread also.
For some reason they were deleted.

Nevertheless go to Mobilink Telegram channel to read about the situation more, it seems that they are moving all bounty activities on special telegram channel.

There’s a reason behind the deletion of the thread. This is the fault of Mobilink, I think there are some comments on which violated of this thread. So people should be careful in posting or commenting.

I know what a blockchain is but I can't see any need for it in your use case?
