Contacting customer support is something that I immediately did, but there has to be a better option? By the sounds of it, it could be weeks - if ever - that customer service would respond to my inquiry. I suppose this is the downside of blockchain transactions; no central authority to help with issues such as this. The ether will just drift in cyberspace for infinity.
The
"better" option is to wait since only contacting Yobit support can state what really happened. Even they have an official thread here, it's useless and they are unresponsive. They are the only who can looked at your transaction. Not just you, but even some of my friends have stuck crypto deposit (btc, eth, etc) and withdrawals too for about 24 hours now.
Your transaction was successfully executed so it means it doesn't have to do with the current network of ETH. Sorry but you just have to wait even it will turned you into rampage mode. Their support really sucks even before I entered crypto world.
