Anyone can post nodes for sinc wallet?

It will sync, just wait for seednodes Smiley

Make sure nothing is blocking port 8334

If you have firewall enabled on windows, you need to make exception for 8334 in/out

Any ideas?

Give it a go for 1 or 2 hours. Have seen over 30 connections (8 outgoing) on my node yesterday.

I have not had time to test at the wall power draw but it seems BCI progpow algo is running a little more watts than lyra2z but much less than the majority of algos.

Right now I am testing this pool http://bci.altpool.pro and its been paying out very fast and I hope the pool stays honest. I will continue to mine here if it is.

Whats the future hold for BCI dev team? How long till exchanges are all accepting deposits and withdraws? Details please. Also is it only possible to stake coins in a staking pool or can we stake in personal wallets?

BCI was just added to new exchange, https://www.stocks.exchange/

Its not a big one, we know. But its a place to trade until the hitbtc and bitfinex opens.

really nice plan sir, when i read the whitepaper, then the sophisticated architecture not only resolves these problems but also allows its end users to keep and manage their crypto assets through a one-stop app, yeah

i have rx 580's, overclocking them on progpow really doesnt do anything, infact, unless im pushing them to the absolute limit, eg: 1460/2225 cor/mem i dont see any difference, and even then, its only tops .8Mh per gpu

may aswell stay at stock cor/mem and undervolt, save some power. on stock settings i get around 10.5Mh per gpu

But one question... if the electrum wallet no longer connects, how do I get those coins out?  Don't have many but would hate to lose em!

Electrum will work really soon, not more than 48h and if everything goes as planned, not more than 2h Smiley.. You dont need new electrum client, the old client works.

You can get your privkey from electrum, then just import it to qt wallet (help, debug, console, addprivkey "your privkey here")

Really cool to see BCI getting some coverage. I have never heard of this guy but he really did a poor job of "accumulation of my research". He messed up alot of things and the sad part is you can see one of the team members in chat trying to correct him. Oh well, perhaps this tuber will make a followup after doing some actual research and not the normal 5 minute quick website and thread check that most these youtube reviewers do now a days.

I'll give the guy credit for trying at least. I know dissing a project gets you more views, so I can understand his angle. Though I recommend to anyone who is interest in project to do their own research cause the only thing this video got right is BCI is on ProgPoW, beyond that most everything else was inaccurate. He'd make one heck of a tabloids journalist though Smiley !

Our reply to "VoskCoin", we need to do it here because he is deleting our comments from his youtube video.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5028870.msg45729997#msg45729997

Well, seems like we need to comment here because you dont have the stomach to answer us on youtube.. You just delete our comments...

I would REALLY love to hear how our "scam" would work? How we could steal our communitys coins even if we wanted? Our staking is DECENTRALIZED, staking is done from your OWN wallet, nothing is sent to our staking platform... Im totally open to critisism, like the one you gave on FB, totally right and deserved.... Rest is just FUD, wrong info and badly done research.

"I’ve been asked about this project a lot, here’s my take on it."...
Is that how you treat you community? When they ask you do dig on something, best you can do is like comparing stock images on webpages? Come on, doesn't your 68k followers deserve real facts, real info, not just FUD you throw out of your head?... i KNOW you asked info about us from atleast 2 different people before doing this stream, you used like nothing they gave you 😄

Some facts that YOU KNEW but didnt point out, does it get more views when you basically lie (not use the info you have) to your followers?:

1. Our staking is done Decentralized, nothing like BCC or other scams that required you to send coins to them, our staking is done from your OWN wallet.
2. All interest comes from mining, blocksize is 13.5, 3.24 goes to staking pools, 10,26 goes to miners
3. Our trading volume is down because bitfinex, tradesatoshi and hitbtc wallets have been closed for +2 months. We asked them to close them when we got double spend attacked, we forked on Sept 7th and they are all supporting our fork and opening the wallets... Exchanges just are slow like always. stocks.exchange we got 2 days ago because we wanted to give some place to trade to our community. Yea its small and most likely wont get like any volume but atleast we tried.

If anyone wants any REAL info or have questions they want answers, join our discord or telegram and you will get them. We are 100% transparent, everything we tell is super easy to confirm
