Hello guys,

I had a problem with mtgox insite transfer b4 the shutdown 2wks ago, misspelt the address gmail as gamil.com, I tried to contact mtgox right after i found it out(submitted Jun-17 16:37 (JST)). I sent another request after mtgox came back online last week(Jun-28 21:03 (JST)). However, i got nothing from either of those two tickets.

Just want to know, normally how many days will it take for mtgox to process a ticket?

BTW, the ticket no.s are #1558 and #5519 for reference.

Could be a couple more weeks.

If both of those are now closed though, and refer to the same incident -- then re-open one of them.
