We cannot pay our members payouts via Bitcoin anymore, this is completely impossible.
We sent payments ranging $1 - $10 with fees of $2 - $6 already 5 days ago and these payments are unconfirmed.

We are going to change our approach and be among the first businesses that pay in Bitcoin Cash and stop paying in Bitcoin.
It's just impossible to work with Bitcoin anymore.

Are you guys wondering why people move to Bitcoin Cash? It's not only because of speculation, it's because Bitcoin in its current form is a dead zombie walking in Crypto land.

well bitcoin cash becomes expensive too, so people move to next cryptocurrency...

I am wondering about the reviews in the media. They show shops and restaurants, where people pay with Bitcoin. How do they get managed to transfer little amounts with lower fees? Maybe they have services with their own miners?

If its true that they can manage small payment with lower fee, i think.this is the future system how we can manage the payment with bitcoin. I was interest also with that

Well, i guess it will also serve as a payment system. But I think btc will still be manage to keep those small transaction.

I guess bitcoin cash will serve as a backup that will help and support our payment system.

It is kinda hard to beat bitcoins that easily and yes i see that bitcoin cash are getting expensive in the market but still i am believing that bitcoins will come back because i hold a lot of bitcoins and i am not lossing hope because if i do then it is like i am gonna destroy all of my investment. It is just a roller coaster ride just wait for the next pump. Take the opportunity of buying bitcoins in a much lower price and when it pumps your holdings Will be worth more than it is gonna be.

Yeah Bitcoin is a store of value like Gold. Do you can use gold for daily payments? No.
Do you can shares for shopping? Threra a lot of good coins for small payment and daily use.
yes, BTC value is too big and transaction fee so high. we should use other coin for plan B

Well, there is no other opinion that price is not affordable for the microtransactions when it comes to Bitcoin but things will definitely get better soon and I don't see any other good and the long-term option at the moment. It's too early to label 'DEAD' not only to Bitcoin but any other serious and struggling coin as things are not developed yet and even the beta app doesn't work well during development so being optimistic, I think we should give it some time.

plenty of alt coins that provide scalable alternative. Look at DAG solutions like byteball or even other blockchain solutions like skycoin. What saddens me is this speculation madness where all the headlines are covered by BTC price increases and the focus on actual usage is lost entirely.

I agree with you. I've withdraw some of my bitcoin today and got shocked with transaction fee is around 10% is too big amount.
it's very not recommended for transactions with small amounts.
bitcoin is getting popular and high traffic since a few days ago until now

Is 10% recommended for transactions with high amount Huh (I know I know, the pun is intended, for large amounts it will not be 10%). But anyway, the situation is critical with bitcoin in my view.

Unfortunately, I guess that BTC can be replaced by the most advanced fork sometimes. It could be Bitcoin cash or Super Bitcoin. I think that the moment of Segwit2X implementation refusing was the point of no return. Now BTC is slowly going to die. I wish to be wrong.

There once was a time where bitcoin showed off its low transfer costs and even had memes about it. Now however the fees are insane and very unrealistic. I think many people are starting to look into other currencies. To be honest I think we should stick mostly with bitcoin because it will be fixed and something will be done. It has to...

Bitcoin Cash is not a future, it's cancer.
Very volatile, centralized and controlled by a greedy and immoral leader who will do anything to make more money.

Say Thanks to Roger Ver for 280+ thousand unconfirmed transactions and $50 average fee.
People supporting Cash only for one reason — it's volatile and allows to make quick money.

I wouldn't say they are dead, i'd use the term hibernating. Bitcoin is dipping now, but who know's what will happen in the new year.
Bitcoin Cash also went on a roller coaster ride.
But since all coins except XRP are on a dip, it would be wise to consider buying now and Hodling til they rise again.

Just took the words out of my mouth. Definitely one of the most nasty things for the last couple of months. Give a people easy way to make some money and they'll awe you so you can control them easily.

I have not sent small payments in Bitcoin for a long time. The commission is very high. This problem should be solved and the block size increased to at least 2Mb. Otherwise BTC would be replaced by alts.

Bitcoin is now used as a storing funds. The first digital currency has already turned out to be the most valuable digital assets. We now have lots of choices of alternative coin for small payment but bitcoin cash is not reliable. Its value being strongly controlled and I have no faith in it.

Bitcoin is not dead, maybe he is right about saying that you can not use bitcoin for small payments anymore, but replacing it with bitcoin cash? Came on, you have been paid by Roger, just say the truth..

Another problem is people think that high fees = more btc to make for miners but it doesn't. Yes you will make more per transaction but if you only solving 5 per day for 30% of it's total value when you could be solving 50 per day at only 5% of it's value. We need more transactions with lower fees gong through this will benefit miners and users.
