I'm not an expert like you so I'm here to ask your help.
My transaction is waiting for confirmations from 12 hours but the main problem is that I cannot use related private key because I use cex.io
I simply used their web interface to make a withdrawal with no ability to decide custom fees

- Updates: Transaction has just been approved so it can takes up to 13 hours!!!
