Freewallet administration loves to delete negative coimments.
At the same time, they claim that all our accusations are fiction and slander. Come on, show users that this is not so. 500430 is the ticket number of one of the victims. Explain why the client cannot withdraw his coins and does not have access to the account.
Why can't other clients whom I mentioned earlier in this and other threads receive money? Do not ignore the accusations, because I give examples of stories of real people with ticket numbers or at least details that will make it easy for you to understand who they are talking about. Give an answer, and don’t try to delete the truth that is unpleasant for you!

They tell their office is in China. Its adress is mentioned on the FCA website.
https://www.fca.org.uk/news/warnings/freewallet-wallet-services-limited-freewalletorg
But I am sure this is a fake office, no actual workers may be found there
There is some information about possible owners, for example Gunyashov, potential founder of this scam had a company in the UK https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08348416/filing-history
But I am also not sure whether this adress is actual.

Thank you, my friend, for your guidance. I raised the topic of my conversation with them and they still answer me relaxed and that there is no problem. It has been 6 months now. I would be happy if the losers' team could hear together and a lawyer would follow up on the case. Maybe you can bring these friends together.

Unfortunately, they are not just dragging their feet in responding to customers. As soon as they see negative comments addressed to them, they immediately try to delete them, ban them, and distract the reader’s attention from them.

Just as an example, this client with ticket №500999 cant get his coins since July!
The victim provided the wallet administration with scans and photographs of documents and filled out a form. He recorded video several times to prove that the wallet really belonged to him. You can see for yourself in this screenshot how many messages were sent, and how the administration found fault with every little thing. But even this didn’t help.

Freewallet org didn’t let this client to withdraw coins!

We regularly notice that as soon as the wallet administration encounters negative mentions, it leaves complaints and tries to delete comments and reviews of the victims. This is a pointless endeavor. If you were not scammers, you would easily refute our accusations. The simplest way, for example, is to reconsider ticket №500999 and unblock this client’s wallet. This way you could improve your reputation at least a little.

But instead, you will choose to try to remove this material and others like it. It won’t work. Freewallet org is a scam. This application is designed to steal clients’ assets. And every day more and more people learn about it. We are talking not only about ordinary users, but also about law enforcement officers in different countries.

One more case of KYC fraud.

Ticket ID 500430

User can't withdraw coins, and Freewallet support ignores messages since JULY.

In July 2024, he discovered that he could not enter the wallet, which contained a rather significant amount for the user. He immediately wrote to the administration about this and they responded by asking them to send a screenshot. Next, the client received a notification that to authorize through the application he needed to enter a confirmation code. Almost 5 months have passed since then. The confirmation code never arrived.

As evidence, the victim sent us more than 20 messages of his correspondence with Freewallet support.

We dont see any issues

This is how support responds to customer requests.

Freewallet, I know your read my messages. Instead of blocking stories we post on Freewalletreviews.org or Medium, you should help clients to withdraw their coins.
Don't you have any answers? Come on, show to everyone that I am lying. Let thos clients to withdraw their coins immediately and then say "Well, it was just a mistake, we are sorry". But I know you won't let ALL CLIENTS to withdraw coins because you stole their assets!

Hi!
It's great that you are determined to fight. But it won't be fast. Many clients have already filed complaints and reports of crime. I can't publish them, but believe me, this happened in different countries. But unfortunately, it will not be possible to get a refund in 1 day. We need everyone's activity and long work.

Hi
Please follow up to relieve this emotional pressure on us. We feel very bad. Please gather all your friends so that we can all sign and attach the necessary documents to the legal case.
This wallet was my entire life's wealth.
I know they have an exchange, let's start destroying them from the exchange that exists.

Dont give up.
Couple days ago one of the victims got his coins back.
It happened because he was actively posting complaints (and we also provided some possible help)

Hello
What good news! Please share your experiences with a dear friend who was able to get his currency back and what was the reason and excuse for not getting it back? And at least tell us in which country we should open a legal case and follow up.

Freewallet org didn’t let this client to withdraw coins!

Several days passed. The situation has not changed. Freewallet representatives are on this forum. But no reaction is visible from them
Ticket #510112
The Freewallet's administration has debited 840 DOGE from a client’s wallet, and this deduction is not related to a transaction fee. It was an unjustified withdrawal of funds, allegedly due to "inactivity on the wallet." Notably, such terms were not stated when the wallet was created. A secure crypto wallet is designed to ensure that no money can be withdrawn without the user’s knowledge or consent. The fundamental principle of cryptocurrency lies in its decentralization. Neither governments, banks, nor wallet administrators should have the authority to block or seize your assets. Cryptocurrencies gained popularity precisely because of this independence. However, in this instance, the client faced a series of violations: first, they were prohibited from withdrawing their assets, then their requests for assistance were ignored by tech support, and ultimately, the administration outright took their funds!
Ticket #500999
This user has been unable to access their coins since July! The victim went through extensive verification processes, providing scans and photographs of documents, filling out forms, and even recording multiple videos to prove ownership of the wallet. Despite these efforts, as shown in the screenshot, countless messages were sent, yet the administration nitpicked every detail, stalling the process further. Even after all this, the client still couldn't retrieve their funds.Freewallet.org has persistently refused to allow this client to withdraw their coins!

I can add another case here.
I often post about KYC fraud but Freewallet also uses their "inactivity fees" to steal coins.

Here is one story sent to me by a victim:

I bought some xrp coins and some dodge coins, I lost my password, and also the application was automatically deleted from my phone (I use an android phone, which recognized the application as a scam.) when I finally found the password and logged in to freewallet, I saw that they took my xrp coins as (inactivity fee). It’s not a lot of money (currently it’s about 600 euros, but it could be more)

It is the way "safe crypto wallet" acts? Just sends coins frome someone acc without any notification? And they call themselves a "decentralyzed wallet"??

FreeWallet is Scameeeeeerrrrrrrrrr

Freewallet mention that their company is officially named WALLET SERVICES LIMITED (HONG KONG)
Wallet Services Limited Suite A, 21/F, Eton building, 288 Des Voeux Central, Hong Kong

This address is listed on the site as the main contact for communication. However, on the building itself, as can be seen on the maps, there is not a single sign associated with Freewallet. In addition, Wallet Services Limited Hong Kong ceased to exist in 2022.

I also found some more companies with same names:

1. Wallet Services Limited, Edinburgh, UK: This company is headquartered at 3 Lady Lawson Street, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. It focuses on services related to financial technology and has a single office in this location

2. Wallet Services Limited, Wrexham, UK: Previously registered under this name with a registered address at Flintstones, Springfield Lane, Marford, Wrexham. This company has been dissolved as of December 8, 2020

3. Wallet Services Limited, St. Julians, Malta: Located at 5B, Office 2, Spinola Residence, Spinola Road, this company is registered in Malta and operates from a single address in St. Julians

I'm sure everything will be fine! The main thing is not to give up. But just in case, I want to warn you, we have already communicated by email and you know very well that I am trying to help all victims completely free of charge and do not ask for anything (like personal information). But other people may also contact you, offering to solve a problem for money or something like that. I advise you to be careful with this.

Hello
Thanks for the reminder. I just want to open a legal case. Which country should I apply from? I will get a result sooner.

Hamid

I recommend one of these jurisdictions:
1. United Kingdom (according to our data, the owner of Freewallet lives there).
2. Portugal (on social networks Gunyashov noted that he visited Lisbon)
3. China, or rather Hong Kong. The company WALLET SERVICES LIMITED was formally registered there.
As for me, the third option is the most promising, since we have information that there are already applicants in China with similar problems and an investigation into this case is underway. Another question is whether they will accept an application from a citizen of another country who does not live in China.

Hello
Thank you for your help. I have the possibility of filing a lawsuit in England. If you have the correct names of the founders, please send them.
