Well the easiest but least interesting is to sell now, if you are holding.
You could short Bitcoin on Bitfinex or other exchanges, but if Bitcoin really crashes, I wouldn't want my money in Bitfinex!

You can short Bitcoin using markets like IG. The amount you need to 'bet' is very high though, so it is dangerous unless you are already rich.

Some will say that you should buy alts, I disagree. If Bitcoin crashed, I doubt the others will stay high. If bitcoin fell to a $5bill market cap, I am 100% confident that it wouldn't be behind 11 other coins when if reached that level!

There's no real way in telling when the crash 'if any' might happen. It might even only correct to a shallow price level before commencing its next uptrend. We'll never know until it happens.

You could hedge with bitcoincash - it seems to move in the opposite direction to bitcoin. Alternatively, as others have said, you could sell now and buy back lower. Or diversify into alts.

I don't recommend short-selling though - the time frames they impose are very short (about 5 weeks to 12 weeks) and you could easily be right about the direction and wrong about the timing.

I am sorry but you lost the opportunity this time mate. It was yesterday a great time to grab bitcoin when it traded in less than $15K now it's price accelerated once again to above $17K.
No one exactly knows when the market will crash and when will it reach to a new peak. You just have to guess it from the situation and take advantage of it.

A simple way to gain profit from a crash is to buy bitcoin after it happens then sell after the price recovers. I can't think of other way than this method but I don't think it is the only method some used to gain profit after a crash, but this method is simple and less hassle if you just want to get profit without offering a service, doing it every time it happens can make a big income for you. Just to make sure the buy/sell does not have much difference because if so your effort will be wasted.

Two and they are to short it or sell it buy back in. If you want to keep your average bitcoin price down don't do the second but if you are confident it will go down you can short it with small leverage of 2-5x. That way you will likely won't get stopped out and you make some money (not a lot of course).

Bitcoin will not crash for sure, some correction after huge surge is normal and we can't call it as dump or crash.

The only way to profit from such correction is to sell at peak price and buy back when it will be dumped/corrected a little bit like right now.

We will see... as long as we stay above $15k, I feel confident about a new time high in no more than a week, but if we keep diping, things could get troublesome. The only thing that has changed fundamentals wise, is the BCH drama that has unleashed in the past few hours, this should be short lived as always. Once the market deals with this (usually takes around 48h) we can re-evaluate the situation. If we are still holding strong above $16.5k, I would be inclined to go for a new ATH.

Well  there is no two way than to buy Bitcoin at any time Bitcoin value crash as you you calmed that it will happen one day. When you buy low then hold for a period of time pending when it's value appreciate over a period of time before you sell them all only if you wish.

Only way to earn from crash is to buy more! That is one of the first things you need to learn when it comes to trading, buy in dips not tops. But with bitcoin
roof was broken so many times this year, new all times highs giving profit to all of us. All you need to be brave and buy when everyone else is panicking and selling, you need to be able to take big risks if you wish to earn from crashes, its easy to talk about it now but in moment when you risk your money everything is different, your hands are sweating and your brain works 1000 miles per hour, do a smart thing in that moment.

Whales become whales because they are always accumulating in the dips and buying when everyone else is dumping. REMEMBER WHEN THERE IS A CRASH, THERE IS ALWAYS A SELLER AND A BUYER. so when people are dumping low, there is a big whale with a gaping open mouth ready to swallow all the fish. So if yo want to become a whale you do the opposite of what the rest of the panic sellers are dong, you go in and buy. ALSO following the Fibonacci cycles in trading can help you determine new highs and new lows. BCH though has caused a new problem in the Bitcoin cycle though and we need more data to come in over the coming days to work where this is heading.

You short bitcoin, that's pretty much the only way, or alternatively once it does crash you try and buy some at a low price and hold for the future. Be careful with either though, especially shorting as it can lead to infinite losses.

The most direct way is to short Bitcoin. There are plenty of ways to do this. A few examples: Spot margin selling on Bitfinex, Futures/swap selling on BitMex, regulated futures selling on CME or CBOE.

A word of advice, though. Be careful shorting Bitcoin, especially before we have any confirmation of a downtrend. Make sure you plan your entries and exits beforehand, and stick to your trading plan. Don't let losses run. Anyway, all of the current market action is within the realm of a regular correction, so it seems too early to plan on a "crash" just yet. All in due time.

Everytime bitcoin crashes,  make sure to buy more. That way you can make more money and use phone application for tracking bitcoin to have an alarm everytime bitcoin crashed or pumped.

If bitcoin crashes, most altcoins will crash too, you should know that the incredible FUD that there is going to be if Bitcoin crashes would be massive, it will make people panic sell and almost all the other coins will die too.
