If that is the case then how about trying to request again another loan to those people who give you loan before.

They already know you (in case you will used the same address) so there is a chance that they might give you another loan*(maybe). Just give it a try.

Thanks for your suggestion, i'll try to ask them because i still need money. I hope they'll give me loan although with smaller amount than i asked here because my account not worth that amount for collateral.
