The MDL Talent Hub project is quite promising, as it does not offer something conceptually new, but solves the existing problem on the market. Of the minuses: the lack of audience on the site, which in itself is not necessary, but in a competitive environment is a good advantage.
Roadmap project is scheduled till 2020 and, given the team approach, this plan has good chances of realization.

When there'll be no demand for it. Actually, the amount of pre-MDL tokens is very limited. They're available on Waves DEX exchange now. Currently less than 10% of total MDL is distributed, while the total amount of pre-mdl is less than 3% now, since most of them are already burned during the swap.
