It's happened to me a few times. That's why every time I use them, I take note of the transaction number (from rebit) or I take a screen shot (or take a picture with your phone). You can delete it after the transaction has been processed.

In my case, nag reply mismo yung CEO or some other upper management. I emailed them nung "nawala" yung transaction ko. Syempre, nasa blockchain naman, at confirmed na. Ang problema pag hindi confirmed, syempre hindi nila ma process yan.

Wala akong transaction I.D kasi nawala sa dashboard kaya hindi ko na nakuhanan ng screenshot or anything. nag email na ako sa kanila tignan ko kung may mag reply mamayang 12:00 AM Philippine time.
