Zeepin dApps will allow users to establish global interdisciplinary teams, reach a global market, validate copyright for their creations and get funded through crowdfunding. Its more of a confirmation that Singaporean government will allow us to raise funds through ICO and allow Singaporean citizens to participate in the ICO. USA and Chinese nationals are not allowed to participate in the ICO
