If your bounty site shows the tokens were sent, then tokens were sent to previously stated wallet address. if you changed it afterwards you will not receive tokens again. If the wallet address was wrong or non-existent you would receive a message that something went wrong. In this stage, there is not much we can do about it.

I suggest you to try creating a new NEON wallet, change the address in your bounty page and submit again. This might help solve the problem.

I got my zeepin tokens thanks to zeepin team issue was i was using a neo wallet app but app is in development so i need to login it from my private ki on neo tracker it shows my tokens thanks alot to zeepin team it really helps
