how to mine solo, or pool?

There's no pool mining currently, but you should be able to mine quite easily at the moment on your own with your CPU - give it a try!

What is the command to mine from the wallet?

go to the debug console and type

Code:
generate 10 - 1

This should attempt to mine 10 blocks.
