Hi guys, the first of all i would like to apologize for my english.
So recently i bought 5 Asus Dual OC RX 580 8gb with hynix memory. I flashed it with uber mix straps, in stock it showed 570 h/s, after flashing - 772 h/s. The problem is i cant get more hashes through overclocking. Changing cclock and mclock hash only a slight effect. With cclock 1100 it shows 760 h/s and with 1360 - 772 h/s. Exactly the same situation with mclock. MSI Afterburner and wattman show that clocks change correctly. I also tried to change -dmem and -h, -dmem 0 decreases hashrate to 550 h/s, changing -h has no effect. MB - BIOSTAR TB250-BTC.
I also have another 1 rig that runs 3 Asus Dual OC rx 580 8gb with samsung memory and 2 asus dual oc rx 580 4gb with elpida memory.
I was able to get stable 1020 hashes with 8gb version with samsung memory and 925 hashes with 4gb version with elpida memory. MB - AsRock Z170 Extreme 3.
I used different versions of claymore - no changes.

I have the exact same behaviour with my two rx580 sapphire pulse, 8 gb, micron memory

I get them to 770 h/s @ 1200 Core, 2000 Mem, but even with 1411 Core and 2150 Mem they won't be faster!

Check this guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1954245.0 there is a link with well performing straps, as far as i know Uber Mix is working good only with Samsung memory (not 100% sure). Also Claymore's miner is not the best option for Cryptonight algo, try sgminer or zawawa's Gateless gate, you'll be surprised.
Good luck!

Have two timings for hynix from russian board, maybe you can try this:

Hynix; The most stable in frequency. 1167 / 1980-2070. ETH = 28.5-29.4 MH / s.

777000000000000022C39C00AC595A3D90550F12B84C8408004006007E0514206A8900A00200312 0100F292F94273116

Made on the basis of 1. But slightly weakened timings. This gives + 50-80 MHz. At the same frequency, the loss is 0.2-0.3 Mach. At +50 wins + 0.2-0.3. +80 = 0.5-0.6. Frequencies 2050-2150.

I had to spend time searching for the best -h value for each of my 580s. I ended up with quite different values for different 580 cards. The difference in hash rate using claymore was huge...

I tried different miners with different settings but the hashrate is still low(

There was an update of ubermix straps (16.12.2017), now you can download good straps for hynix, elpida and micron. Actually i use it, but the problem is that adjusting cclock has no effect(
I also used zawawa's miner, the hashrate is even lower: with the best setting 700 compare to 770 that shows claymore.
