Mt Gox Delays - a discussion with CS

So, like many people, I have MtGox withdrawal's more than a month old. Contacted CS today trying to get help.

I'm waiting 7weeks now for a Euro Withdrawal. Was on their chat, multiple tickets etc, they just repeat "there is a two week backlog" each time.  They also say this is a USD Withdrawal issue, despite me explaining each time Im doing a Euro transfer within the Eurozone.
Ive also PM'ed some of the Mt.Gox reps here, who ignored me.

Im kinda of surprised there isnt more noise about this, effectively you cannot withdraw funds from Mt.Gox anymore.

All you have to do to get your money off of MtGox (if you have a major US bank account) is the following:

Request your withdrawal in the form of btc, instead of a wire transfer. It is the wire transfers causing the delays.

Once you have your btc, you simply escrow it with Bitcoin-Brokers who will direct buyers to make a cash deposits into your bank account of choice.

People are getting paid above MtGox for their btc. This eliminates the need to wait for a wire transfer and it eliminates the cost of the wire transfer fee.

I slowly gather that this issue is affecting so many MTGOX clients or all?.
We are waiting for a payout since the 26th of June 2013, only received standard replies from MTGOX, please see our post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=268313.new#new.

We have created accounts with bitpay.com and CampBX.com now. Before I transfer Bitcoins to one of them, can anyone tell us something about them? Do they pay half way on time?

FSA and SEC are two regulatory bodies that have the power to take down MtGox, you may file a complaint to them.
