I am now very curious to see how the whales will act in January, from tomorrow that is. Usually in the beginning of the year there is a lot of optimism in the markets as everyone wants to invest and place their bets on various commodities and currencies. I am thinking this year can be make or break for Bitcoin. Either it will soar in value as a store of wealth or just be taken over by another new currency. We have seen lately how RIPPLE has come up in prominence and others are saying CARDANO might steal the show in 2018.
I am too as well as they have already brought it down to this kind of level I don't think that still bringing it down would be a a good idea as they are only weakening more the weak hand already. To be at their place you must know that bringing down the buyer's confidence more even at this level might result into a long term down trend which it may take time to recover. I am guessing that Bitcoin might have a good price action soon as it is probably the next play for Bitcoin this month. |

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

apparently many traders has drop their big expectation for bitcoin in this year but i don't know if there was trader are willing to bet million dollar to predict in this year bitcoin would be over $50k but they're so sure about their predictions and take their own risk about that however i would be so glad if this is happened

In 2018 we can see 60-70k. But at the end of the year, it will not be over 50k. This is a good scenario. Maybe it's going to be falling because of the many bans and taxes. I hope that bad scenarios do not happen and we all get together to the moon.

Bitcoin is one of the shit coins. Transactions, commission ... But while it is speculative - it will grow. No one needs stability in the crypto. If all currencies are stable - why they are needed.
At this stage, the entire crypto industry is speculative and everyone wants to make money. Why keep the crypto - if it does not grow. Put the USD under the pillow -
and there will be stability. All the technologies of other coins are just an empty place. One thing is important: you can make money on such races.
We are at a very early stage of development of this whole topic. What will happen next - none of those sitting here on the forum is precisely not known =)

Hard to say. But if I HAD to place a bet, i'd say at least 30K. But before all of that, Bitcoin's core dev's really need to fix the high fee problem and address the other major issues. There have been many recent problems regarding the fees. So bad in fact that there have been a lot of places either stop accepting Bitcoin, or moving to other currencies...

Hard to say. But if I HAD to place a bet, i'd say at least 30K. But before all of that, Bitcoin's core dev's really need to fix the high fee problem and address the other major issues. There have been many recent problems regarding the fees. So bad in fact that there have been a lot of places either stop accepting Bitcoin, or moving to other currencies...

It's really impossible to tell this. Making predictions is easy but the accuracy is sometimes very low because whales are making weird and strange actions. They are the game changers. My prediction is $29,000 for the end of 2018. |

I think for 2018 btc will swing between $10k to $20k. Next significant increase will start 2019.

. Nobody knows about the future of Bitcoin , whether it Will end at 2018 or it Will be fruitful and profitable. Everybody was expecting too much on bitcoins. The value of bitcoins nowadays is stable . More and more investors are being interested ON investing bitcoins. In that situation it is so in demand all over the world. It makes transactions easier and faster especially traders. |

Because capital inflows are so large that it is difficult for speculators to determine the price of bitcoin. Should invest some of your capital into bitcoin this year. |

Yes, but I believe it's possible to hit at $100000 by the end of the year. It's too much greed to get the price, everybody is excited for 2018 to win the promising price of bitcoin now. Everyone expects for the increasing price of bitcoin which all bitcoiners now most awaited moments. That l maybe the one also to get rich. I believe and it shall be done to me nearer the time I get there l will not waste time to get all opportunities to grow my bitcoin. That l wish this 2018 lm gonna meet my dreams in just a few months. |

To predict the price of bitcoin now, its somewhat not easy these days.
The price of bitcoin is going up and down...and it critical reduction in price now can't help us determine what the price will be tomorrow.
So whoever that is betting on the next price of bitcoin should bet at their own risk.
All we hope is that next year price will be more benefiting and quite lucrative than this year.
Agreed because bitcoin is the leading crypto and still many people are investing in bitcoin and due to that investment the price will jump to more than double than that of today. I also predict that till the end of 2018 the price will be more than 30000 dollars. 2018 will be the year of bitcoin and the investors will make a huge profit in the coming year. I am quite confident about the raise in price although there is decrease in the price these days. |

Bitcoin ist actually really hyped. So i think we cant actually imagine what everything will be possible with the cryptocurrencies to end of the year 2018. Because they will be so much new investors, people who just heared the past month of how much cryptocurrencies rises want to invest now. So maybe bitcoin will be worth 50 thousand end of the year, but maybe people will invest in some other currencies. Nobody knows!
