No you cant sell right now because you have already missed the chance to sell the bitcoins instead, I would recommend you buy to again few more bitcoin and by doing that you would have average your holdings and you will be in profit once the bitcoin price chart starts moving above the average buying level. See that you won't be in any kind of hurry otherwise, you should face some loss from this trade.

if you remember the price went up too fast and too quick and so expect the correction to be like that as people will be booking their profits during the vacation season ,wait for the correction to settle down and invest back in bitcoin,i would invest in bitcoin rather than other alt coins or spin offs because bitcoin has the capacity to go higher when everything is settled.

And why are you so grabbed for bitcoin in its different manifestations, that for you there are no other coins. We have already seen what bitcoin after 20k has become, so it may be worth considering that it can drop to 1k at all, and then it will be too late to rush to extremes.

It is still too early to decide whether you sell your bitcoin or invest on snother cryptocurrency. Yes bitcoin drops significantly but it does not mean it will go down from where it started, remember that patience is a virtue. Wait until it lowest drop and buy bitcoin then hold your previous balance, there you will see that you will gain more profit that going panic selling on your bitcoin.

in resent market it is so tough to say about market and prediction. when which coin will pump or dump i dont understand. Any time can pump any coin. bch already completed a big pump resently.but simply dump now for btc dump and christmas.So i think btg will make a pump in coming future.Btg is my recommanded.

Currently, I still keep my entire bitcoin number, selling bitcoin now is not a smart job. Conversely, the market is fluctuating strongly, this is a good time for any trader to make a profit. and i'm using it.

on that option for me i will choose bitcoin cause maybe bitcoin will rocketed again. And in my opinion i think much better to sell now and then buy more when you notice bitcoin climbing.  Cause this time is not safe to hold cause you will lose more and as i see bitcoin still decreasing.

I think people need to understand that despite what a lot of people think or say, the real interest is in bitcoin, and it will take a very amazing new coin to show up and still it's leadership. If bitcoin crashes, the other cryptos wont survive as well, so no point in buying the result from bitcoin forks, as they don't have any chances of taking it's place. Bcash even got a bigger correction than bitcoin had.

Anyway, this is not a crash and as usual bitcoin will recover from this. This is how I see bitcoin: if it succeeds as a global currency, it's price will need to reach a price of at least $500k, if it fails it could go to zero. So from this perspective, I think even at it's previous all time highs, bitcoin had a good price, because the reward ratio I would get if BTC succeeded it would be huge. Since you can buy just small portions of bitcoin, everyone can invest in this experiment whatever they can afford to lose. Given the max potencial of the coin, I would say it's a pretty good investment.

Yes, those new investors are new to these high fluctuations and they will sell in a panic. Those old investors know how crypto prices moves will not get panic and sell instead they may buy some more during these downturns and make more profit when prices go up. I too just holding all my bitcoins because prices went up too fast and corrections were expected.

Dont switch your main holdings other than bitcoin or else youll regret it. Dont panic just hold if you have that attitude youll succeed on it. Maybe put some effort on some altcoins to earn some of it.

     It's not time to sell now, I think. Bitcoin will reach an unbeatable price. You can also invest in other currencies if you want, not just the ones you mentioned. It does not mean that if you buy the top coins, it will provide you with a big profit.

Why do you say that this correction is looking to big? I think it's perfectly acceptable that the bitcoin price went up the way it did, since it was getting major awareness, and now that the awareness factor has passed away, bitcoin will need development improvements to rise again, or real changes regarding regulation or finance markets integration. Until then, it's perfectly normal that people are not buying anymore, and those that don't really understand the coin and it's potencial will probably sell it now for profit, or maybe in a loss for a lot of cases. Only those that know what are the future plans for bitcoin (like ETFs and lightning network that will allow global adoption and use) will hold the coin. Those that only see it's price, are selling right now, only to see that they bought at a temporary top, and sold at the very bottom and lost money.
