To my mind the best choice for you it's buy bitcoin and EOS. In long term it is the best choice which you can imagine, mb you can add Ethereum in your portfolio but I don't like this altcoin.

Yeah but which coin is the real bitcoin?  The one that is losing txs volume and can’t scale?  It’s not 2013 anymore.

This is not an ICO. Gamecoin (GME) is a pure PoW currency created in May 2013.

I believe these folks are not really interested in the coin, more likely they are gaining posts to rank up on the forum.

Side note, I did get your PM.

Not much of a contributor technology wise on coins these days. I mined a couple of GME the other day when the difficulty was under 1.5
Mostly I invest in FLO and have been mining a little BQC lately, been helping keep that chain alive. I still have about 400 blocks of GME from the early days, and am glad they might be useful again soon.
If you might want to take over upgrading BBQcoin I could set you up with a few of them as incentive or perhaps some FLO.

i would love to see a fork in he future of gamecoin to a another proof-of system  

We have now 2018 and a lot of development happend in Cryptocurrency also i think PoW and gaming does not fit very well.

There are new Concepts like:

- PoS with close to 0 PoS rewards
- PoC Proof of Capacity
- roughly 30 new Concepts whirling around in CryptoSpace


or some gamified consensus
like a a Proof of Participation where people get a reward when they play a game ?

Quick update:

-- Ethworks is producing several new logo examples for our review. They will be ready this week.
-- We have two new exchanges lined up once the website and client are ready.
-- A Gamecoin Slack is currently being organized for the developers.
-- TOGA Internet Solutions has agreed to provide an iOS app for Gamecoin.

I think in the client update we'll want to look at improving the check pointing system, adding the new graphic, overhauling the diff algo, possibly tweaking the coin/subsidy rules, updating the codebase, and maybe looking at merged mining with Litecoin. Dogecoin did this back in 2014 and it's really helped them keep pace with the industry.
