It isn't so much the "low fee" as the unconfirmed parent transactions... it would appear that Crypterra are creating long chains of unconfirmed transactions... with low fees
Whether they are doing this deliberately (possibly in an attempt to "scam" users) or if they're just incompetent, I can't say. Either way those transactions are not likely to confirm for a while (if ever).
There really isn't anything you can do to get these transactions confirmed that won't cost you far more than what your transactions are worth
If you want to ensure that the transactions don't disappear, you'd need to continually rebroadcast your transactions (and all the unconfirmed parents) and hope that they eventually get confirmed BEFORE any transaction that spends the same inputs.
