If my wallet has no connection, can I still use the address that the wallet has for the air drop?

If I understand it correctly the only way to get the airdrop is to buy your coins first. Seems quite tricky to me, this is not how airdrops works, this is how a marketing campaign to sell a product (your coin) works.

Happy New Year! The airdrop formula is pretty interesting and unique as it ties to your activity count. So it is fair. If a participant fill out the form for new year eve (Round #3), will the participant need to fill out another form for New Year's airdrop (Round #4)?
