Apologize if this is the wrong forum to ask. I was looking at this board GIGABYTE GA-H110-D3A (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151 Intel H110 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard basically because it got good reviews and its cheap.
Are there any other sub 100 dollar motherboards with socket 1151 that can do 6 gpu reliably? This one is out of stock every time I blink.

You can disregard completely, I didn't read your whole post and see you want a 1151 board. I like using my old "ASRock A785GM-LE Micro" boards with AM3 Sempron + 2gb DRR2. I have used these for a lot of different builds, linux NAS, linux server, Win7 GPU miner, SMos 6x GPU. They have 6x sata and 6 usb port (1 of these once ran a lot of gridseed orbs, with double daisy chained 10 port hubs)
They run 6 GPU's with no issues or bios mods. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=7216.msg25469543#msg25469543

MSI Z270-A PRO is priced below 100USD and easily can support up to 7GPUs (6 in PCI-e an 1 in M.2 slot via proper M.2 to PCI-e adapter). Tested with different Nvidia GPUs on Win 10 Pro and Win 8.1

Last board is definately interesting and theprice is right.
Are there any 8 gpu boards that are reliable? I was thinking of doing 24 gpus and using 4 machines, but of course 3 machines would be better. The reviews seem all mixed for 8 gpu boards though.

I use many TB85, its LGA 1150 but the only reason imo to go for 1151 is to get AES ni celerons and that's not really worth it anyways.

BIOSTAR TB85 provides one PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot and five PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots, allowing a maximum of six graphics accelerators to be installed. Also has a high-quality element base (exclusively Japanese solid capacitors) and a radiator on the elements of the power subsystem. Or BIOSTAR TB150 PRO.

RAM is DDR3 or DDr4 ? and what is the CPU which you prefer ? If the board being talked about is the ONDA board, it's a DDR4 motherboard. If it's a 1151 board, whatever you can find cheapest works. G3900s can be found nowadays on Aliexpress for ~$30 with shipping included. Delivery's a bit slow, but the Celeron and Pentium 1151 chips are very cheap.

Just remembered I have 5 old ass desktops collecting dust with i7 3770k's in them cracked one open, the board only has 3 slots so probably wont use it for mining. Good news is they all have 4 8gb sticks of ram in each of them, so i'll be taking those for new rigs lol. Can't believe I have so much crap I just let get burried in the garage. Found 4 boxes with a bunch of tp link routers, $200 each router, 10 in each box. I'll be returning all 40 of these to costco. Gotta love that they've been sitting in the garage for 3 years, But I'll still be returning it for an $8,000 full refund.

So I been thinking its more cost effective to run 2 boards with 12 gpus rather than 4 boards with 6gpus.
Can windows now handle 12 gpus from nvidia? Is one specific 12gpu board better than the others? I believe there is asus, asrock and biostar.
I was also thinking of using a server power supply or multiples with the pico power supply adapter to power everything. Will these boards work with the pico adapter? On parallel miner it seems most boards won't work off the pico supply adapter.

It's nothing really to think about, it's simple math.
