So now I downloaded your windows wallet and tried to retrieve my coins from Cryptopia. No luck.

Mark, please help me tell me what to do. Doesn't open the wallet and throws the error -
Error: Unsupported argument -socks found. Setting SOCKS version ins't possible anymore, only SOCKS5 proxies are supported.

In the settings next to where the language selection, accidentally put a tick chekbox.
To remove it, the purse does not open. Deleted the wallet and downloaded the new wallet, but doesn't open. I saved a backup just in case.

yes it is possible, you can just buy the NEW scorecoin from coinsmarkets and withdraw it to your NEW wallet and start masternode if you want.

Am I right that I can swap the coins by providing my old scorecoin address from cryptopia and the new one from coinexchange? I got a Mac therefore i have to keep it in the exchange.. I just want to be sure that coinexchnage has the new scorecoin address.. that’s my only option I think.

Things you can NOT do:

- you can NOT transfer coins from the old wallet to the new wallet and vice versa
- you can NOT withdraw coins from Cryptopia or any exchange running the old coin to the new wallet
- you can NOT deposit coins from the new wallet to Cryptopia or any exchange running the old coin

If your Swap request is older than 24 hours and you did not receive any coins yet, further clarification may require.

Common issues are; incomplete or wrong values (txid, amount), no related swap request at all or multiple requests.
In all these cases, we need to validate that swap. Please send me a PM on Discord with all data you have like screenshots and values entered (especially sender address).
