If your Swap request is older than 24 hours and you did not receive any coins yet, further clarification may require.
Common issues are; incomplete or wrong values (txid, amount), no related swap request at all or multiple requests.
In all these cases, we need to validate that swap. Please send me a PM on Discord with all data you have like screenshots and values entered (especially sender address).

Guys coinexchange.io is updating to Scorecoin Masternode Version at the moment! We are also at coinexchange.io!
Coinexchange DONT DO the swaps , we do it outside the swaps, you still only send to swapadress at http://scorecoin.net/swapengine.html

Hi guys, This is my first time to hear Scorecoin, I have a question, I saw there was an exchange here, did the transaction because the same coin wsa changed from POW into POS? Or they are two completely unrelated coins?
In addition, Total Coins: 58800000, when the total amount are mined out, will you increase the total number or keep total 58800000?

Error: Unsupported argument -socks found. Setting SOCKS version ins't possible anymore, only SOCKS5 proxies are supported.
In the settings next to where the language selection, accidentally put a tick chekbox.
To remove it, the purse does not open. Deleted the wallet and downloaded the new wallet, but doesn't open. I saved a backup just in case.
there are 100s of people using the wallet, just download and open the exe. so i beleve it has with your system to do, just check your settings in windows |

its a masternode version, with a new blockchain. therefore we swap to the new version. |

After speaking with Coinexchange they reactivated the old scorecoin wallet at coinexchange, that you all can buy still the old version for swapping, but the old scorecoin version will be definitly delisted from coinexchange at 5th january,as this we wanted from them!

As Mark already mentioned; Please withdraw your old coins from coinexchange.io ! After the update, this won’t be possible anymore. Deadline is the 5th January of 2018 but I would suggest not to wait for the last minute. Don’t forget that, after withdrawing, you still need to do the swap process before getting the new masternode coin.

Coinexchange.io confirmed now, that they will delist old Scorecoin at 5th of january, and update then to new Scorecoin Masternode Version! They all wrote a notice at the old Scorecoin Wallet Page!

How can it have anything to do with our system. We downloaded the wallet and opened the Exe. The thing does not work! I have spent hours trying to figure this out with no luck. If you and your DEv's have designed a system where Mac users are not able to retrieve their coins from the exchange and the windows wallet does not work then you have designed a system with the purpose to fail. I am putting this out there for the community to be the judge. You need to give this your full attention and get this problem resolved. I have posted my TX ID, the amount and wallet address, now figure out a solution please. UPDATE: Now the PC does not want to start up, I had to start it in safe mode in order to remove the corrupt download... the only thing that I downloaded recently was that wallet! WTF |

Then goto http://scorecoin.net/swapengine.html and put in your address from the NEW WALLET. Also included the transaction ID and score coin address from the old wallet or the exchange that your are sending your old coins to be swapped from. Then wait up to 24hrs to receive your swapped coins in your NEW WALLET! |

@CaboTony If I understand you properly, you changed a setting in the wallet and now it's not working.
you should remove the scorecoin folder in your AppData folder, just move it to your desktop, but delete it from the AppData folder.
Example - C:\Users\exampleuser\AppData\Roaming
Download wallet again, be sure to save wallet.dat if you already have some scorecoin on it.
