The point is to keep a bitcoin separately for donation to the poor. Donating a bitcoin directly will make sense if the receiver is aware of the functioning of bitcoin and Cryptocurrency. A poor and / or needy man can be sometimes an educated man or a knowledgeable man who is struggling to meet his ends. Bitcoin can otherwise be encashed and given to the poor.

It is always better to think big. I would rather create a trust or try to invest in healthcare or education of a poor child. All quick helps will not last long. Educating one child by spending a $25000 or more will reap great benefits to the society in comparison with feeding a whole lot of people once with the same money. Though it is not bad to feed but it is better to invest in a system that more than once continually feeds.

Yes I will donate Bitcoin to the poor and needy the way I feel is best useful for them. One percentage of the income can always be set aside for donation. After all, life is short and it is best to help as much as we can.
i can't donate my bitcoin for the poor and needy. if i want to help the poor people it is better to my own help and not rely on the charity or in others because if we donate the bitcoin to that we don't know where the money going you don't know if all of your donate was successful donate i mean it. it is better to convert your bitcoin to your money country and then buy many sack of rice food clothing then you will separate not the others.

Donating bitcoin to the poor is like giving l him a private jet without some millions dollars to maintain it. Where will he get money to maintain the jet. I will rather convert the bitcoin to physical cash and give him or enlighten him on how to trade bitcoin and get more money. I will  teach fishing and stop feeding him with fishes.

The idea of donating bitcoin to the poor people is good, but the problem is do they know how to make use of it? Maybe giving cash out of your bitcoin to some charitable institution would be the best because we really know that its the right institution that provides and help the poor people. And maybe educating poor people regarding this crypto currency would be a great idea in order for them to be enlightened and maybe someday they have an idea and knowledge on how to do bitcoin and being part of this crypto world.

Helping people is not a bad thing but maybe donating fiat to them would make it much easy for them to use the money and not bitcoin which would be difficult to cash out if they do not know how to use an exchange, and bitcoin donations would be easy for someone crafty to mismanage so bitcoin donations not for me.

I will do the same thing, to donate to poor and needy but I would rather chose to donate them with money since bitcoin is not that popular here in our country. I want to give them the things that they can use right away and be appreciated because that is what they need the most.

That is nice to offer bitcoins for like charity and so forth. I know there are some well established charitable companies that will take bitcoins as donations. Now the issue i worry about is the fact that most of this organizations that i spoke of might not know how to properly handle bitcoins so they might sit on them till some accounting person noticed them. That i fear would make my donating to a local cause like hurricane victims a long drawn out process.
No! Not bitcoin. Youll giving money to poor people who dont know what youve given them. You should actually convert it into money that their using intead of giving them responsibility on how to convert in. For me. Its a no no. Maybe yes. When they know what bitcoin is and they know how to withdraw it by themselves

I don't think its possible. You can either convert your bitcoin to fiat, then donate it to the poor and needy. But donating Bitcoin directly is not possible, how would even they know how to use it.

I took up the responsibility of donating some money obtained from the little bitcoin I have earned from services offered  here to some needy people around my surroundings,  I believed we should always spread the hand of helping those poor ones around us too because it is by the grace of God that the opportunity of earning came our ways.

For me, when I have an important amount of Bitcoin then I will help who needs money and improve their financial income, especially for the poor and the needy.
Furthermore, I believe that when you give something good to a poor person you will get something better in the future, and we must learn that this life is not only for us but for all people.

I agree that donating to the education of children is a good thing. Children are our future, if they help them grow up educated and kind people and will be able to earn enough money not to be poor.

Yes it could be a good idea, but still it would be necessary that they have the possibility to spend it after

Donations were great but helping them how to earn and be responsible is the best. Yes, I would donate if I have a Bitcoin/s but right now I'd rather educate them first than giving. It would be the best option I could decide on. It will make them create their own living.

Instead of giving why not teaching ? teaching the poor to have a source of income, why not instead of giving that maybe they will depend on it teach something that can feed themselves. If i would have a lot of bitcoins, YES i will donate some to the poor and will found a charity helping kids to school and feeding unserved families by the government.

Well, giving bitcoin to the poor and needy is a good idea but it is not the best way to help them. Why not teach them about the bitcoin instead of giving it to them. The bitcoin we give is limited but the knowledge we can give is limitless. It is the best thing we can do instead of spoon feeding them the money.

I don't think to giving my bitcoin for the poor or needy. I prefer to give them some money as much as I can give, to be honest I work in bitcoin because I need extra income to help my financial problem.. I want to help the poor after I solved financial problem..

If it is necessary why not? Helping them is really a great thing that we can do in this world and after helping them then we must help them how to fish meaning we should help them to become independent give them a job by means of teaching them about bitcoin or any other works.

It is best to help the needy and the poor, especially your bitcoin income. many beggars are hungry for many homeless people and many children are on the street. So when you get a lot of bitcoin revenue you can help the needy and the poor.

One of the most redeeming qualities of the bitcoin community is their generosity. For every scammer trying to take advantage of the blockchain’s anonymity, there are multiple others giving transparently to a cause in which they believe. From the original Wikileaks campaign, which arguably put bitcoin on the map, to the current Free Ross movement, there is no shortage of organization’s taking advantage of bitcoin’s frictionless ability to cross borders and replace traditional payment systems.
