actually, there it is very jard to find a best time i mean a perfect time to invest because tha market price of a coin vary time to time with fluctuations. But it is better for you to invest using support and resistance level, trend lines and pivot lines like we use in the forex to predict the market movements. Then look for a dip. According to my point of view, if you are looking for long trades no matter where you buy only if it is a highly assured coin. Because the dev team of such coins would try there best to make it a valuble coin. And it is no matter you choose btc eth or other trust ico. I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

I think that within a month the prices will update their lows, so that we can invest at favorable prices.

In these types of situations it's a good idea to put some of your money in now and hold some back just in case of a dip.

NO, i am 100% against on this, never go 100% even you will part the money you have.
i am proud to be in a community of bitcoin and i can tell that this currency is growing too much from anyone's expectation. but this is a risk until now. so never go 50/50 in a total of 100%. yes, you can invest and get your money in but please pu some limit like 5-20 percent. that's not bad at all and expect a lot in return if you hit the jackpot. that's all you need to do and never invest the whole you have.

Doing investment is better in times of market downturn, when coins are much cheaper. For example, now this situation. But do not invest all the money in one currency, it's better to invest in several.
