There are so many altcoins in different platform, you just need to understand the trend of each altcoin or you better to read news about the potential coins that will rise up soon. As of right now, I invested to Ethereum, though the price is not drastically increasing but it slowly rise up, and that would be ok with me because it shows the stability and not just pump up coins. You can always invest anytime because investing is depending on the amount of budget you have. The higher capital you have then obviously the profit will be much higher also but it still depends on your strategy if you are going to trade or hold your coins because both will give profit.
