The market looks stable now. There won't be a huge dip anymore(like it happened in december). Though with people investing more and more in bitcoin will result in a significant increase in it. So you can definitely invest in bitcoin right now.
Altcoins may increase if the respective organizations tie up with other organizations so it's market is not the least predictable.

Just invest in your heart's content but you should know what will risk you more or what will will benefit you the most. There are so many ICOs around the corner be careful about the scammers. But alot are good ICOs tho. I suggest that we support promising ICOs

For me,it is depend in what coins want you to invest pr wait. Because not all coins was exactly the same. Other coins was great now and i don't think it is the right time to invest because the price is stablize again. And others was good to invest now. Maybe i based on the color rate. Of it is red i think about investing and if green i think about waiting
