Invest now or wait? This is an eternal question. I think,  this is the right time to invest, because the bitcoin & coin prices are very low.

I think,  this is the right time to invest. because, if u see the coin market, the coin price is low.  befour few month the bitcoin price was $18000. At this moment the bitcoin price is $10800. I hope,  after few month the bitcoin price will develop at $20000. if you invest now,  I hope you will earn a lot of money.

I agree with you . Bitcoin will likely reach $ 20,000 this year as Bitcoin's demand for payment increases and this will likely make big investors buy more Bitcoins. I personally keep a lot of Bitcoin at this price because I believe in the future for the development of Bitcoin and the Cryptocurrency market.

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

If you are ready to risk investing then do it now. You do not have to wait to invest, start buying ethereum and LiteCoin. Or you can look for ICOs that give different ideas and have a clear mission vision, then invest your money in it.
