In my own opinion, now is the best time to invest in all of those altcoins or to any other crypto currecies out there, the crypto market is still bleeding out and almost all of those good altcoins and crypto currencies out there are very much under valued so you better start buying in all of them right now because I'm sure next month or so they will be starting to increase it's market value and soon enough you will hit it big time.

Most probably people here prefer to hold and wait, being wise but afraid risking investments. That is a tough question to answer, but it depends.

For me personally, I am investing in certain concepts and projects that I truly believe in, has a great team, and other fundamentals.
For example, I invested in Digipulse. Low token supply, token burn in April, Beta just came out last week, a unique forward thinking concept, first mover in this space, listing on a reputable exchange soon, I mean the list absolutely goes on and on. And in a bear market, most people will just hodl, but again it all depends. And in a situation like this a bear market is to your favor you can sometimes scoop up great tokens for a cheap price.
