I don't know how you ended up with this dilemma of yours. But you know, there are only two approaches. Either you buy immediately as soon as you have the money to use or wait for the dip before you finally buy. The problem is that you do not really know exactly when Bitcoin will fly or go down. It is better to buy during the dip but while waiting you might miss some good gains already. Both strategies are good, just choose which are you most comfortable with.
