I think you should invest now. The values may be a bit high right now but if you wait, it will get even higher. The prices right now are still looking decent enough right now even after the latest pump. Why don't  you invest 50% of your portfolio now and wait with the other half? If there's a dump soon then you can enter with all of your money and you by averaging down your entrance price and you'll also wont feel so bad as if you would have invested all of your money amd then it dumped.
