I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

today, the crypto coin price is low, I think it is the right to invest.

Investing right now is still a good choice because the prices of the altcoins are starting to grow already, the red market is becoming a green market again and I hope it will continue until they come back to their original prices again or will going to have another All Time High. You are asking the wrong question. You shouldn't ask if you should invest now or wait but you should be daily cost averaging. This way you wont have to worry about the prices and also would avoid buying at the top. Now if you had invested when you opened this thread then you might be in red.

If you asked this question I guess you didn't do that before, so if have time and money be careful. There are no "good times" or "bad times" to invest. It depends on you, you can lost when everybody win decided to invest to scam ICO or to any pumping coins. Or you can lost your private key and lost everything in one moment, so before investing read a lot about security, safety way to lock you keys, about wallets and other helpful information.
When you'll be ready don't rush. It's your school, but I little bit harder, so starting with small amounts and after that wehn yo'll feel that you're ready you can bet more deposit.
