I think we will keep seeing the influx of ICOs as long as bitcoin is still extremely value and the news reports on it.

I do think they will evolve to become more noob friendly, which I don't know if that is a good thing or not...

ICO's in the last quarter of last year was a bit few and they say it's going to be less and less but that did not happen. It seems like this year, ICOs are now back and getting alive and we will see more and more of them coming.

I do not think that all ICOs as they are vital for development of crypto world. As to the good projects I can recommend Ambit Mining, it is really good project. Pre-sale already began.

Icos will be always part of cryptocurrencies but there are too many scams because of any rules about icos and people dont have any information about icos just all people invest there money. After some regulation I think it ll be more productive than now.

I think that many people notice the difference between 2017 and 2018.
