Rentberry absolutely has to be in there - it's been included in a lot of major "Best ICO of 2018" lists such as this one from Forbes (https://www.forbes.com/sites/omribarzilay/2018/01/10/10-real-estate-startups-to-watch-in-2018/#71e9fc42250f) and this once from Inc (https://www.inc.com/bill-carmody/top-10-initial-coin-offerings-icos-to-watch-heading-into-2018.html).

Rentberry came into their token sale process after already having operated their platform for a number of years. Unlike a large majority of ICO's that we've seen in the market throughout the period of significant growth during 2018 which are essentially vapourware (ie. no product before ICO).  They've got a great team behind them, and current pricing is hugely undervalued compared the to the token price (34c vs now at 5c). 

The project as a whole has huge longevity, within the coming few months a lot is happening.  They have two partnership announcements coming up this month and in May - and they are releasing their app in a few months also.  Rentberry should definitely be on this list.
