In fact, every parameter in EDC has been considered carefully, ex: With the total supply of 7,6B It's better to say that "this Macbook costs 10 EDC" rather than saying "this Macbook costs 0.00142 BTC".

btw it is better to use different coin label as EDC has been already used multiple times , also in 2013 there was an attempt to make an electronick dollar based on scrypt.... so   better change  it

Yea I'm aware, they should try to fix it as soon as possible. It's not good to have all the hashrate concentrated. Although it seems the US pool is still finding blocks. There's a lot of mining power for a coin this young. Very promising if we can get a bit more publicity out about the project.

Sub account is a new concept in Cryptonote. It is first discussed and implemented by Monero lab, and maybe integrated in Monero in the next hard fort. We are using monero's implementation with a little bit modification and carefully testing to integrated it into Edollar. So, Edollar is the first Cryptonote coin that enable this feature.
Sub account enable you to create multiple account in the same wallet (of course with the different address). You can use it to separate you funds, example one use for eBay, another for Amazon ... We are making a document for Edollar, It will be available soon.

If you are using linux
run the following command

./edollar-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet

Then flow the instruction in the terminal

If you are using windows
because window does not allow you to run .exe file directly from cmd, here is what you may do:
- Using notepad or any text editor program to create a file, ex: my_wallet.bat (Note that it should be .bat file, not .txt file)
- past this text to your file: <PATH_TO_YOUR_WALLET> --restore-deterministic-wallet and save file (Replace <PATH_TO_YOUR_WALLET>  to your real path, ex: C:\edollar-win64\edollar-wallet-cli.exe)
- Run the file you've just created and follow construction in cmd

Note, because you created wallet online you should leave encryption passphrase empty. When completed, compare your wallet address with your online generated address to see if it is equal.

The US pool needs to be fixed ASAP, this coin could easily pass 3x the current network hashrate if the US pool is working properly. Lots of people are moving to the singapore pool and getting IP banned making people not be able to mine.
