What is the conceptual difference Electronic Dollar than any other coin. Decentralization is now present almost everywhere why your coin will be in the top positions?

Any pool with support for fixed difficulty?
Unlike Bitcoin which difficulty is adjusted every 2016 blocks, EDC's difficulty is adjusted every block and depended on the average time finding a block, ei, depend on network hash rate.
The project has a good chance of success

If the altcoin program is currently not working why you kept it on the thread name ? Change it as it got me confused, after reading your first post to see it was fake adversting.

OK, so let have a short comparison
To bitcoin and coin fork from bitcoin:
- Transaction are anonymous, untraceable, that means, in bitcoin if you know address/transaction you can find/trace/link to the previous (ex: using blockchain.info) but you cannot do it with EDC. Only owner of the coin can do it.
- It's flexible, you can use another features using hard-fork without changing anything in blockchain (database), It's impossible with bitcoin because it is hard-code.
- CPU/GPU mining, ASIC resistant, so it's friendly with many normal people
- Difficulty target adjusted every block (bitcoin is 2016 blocks), mission curve is smooth (bitcoin: halve for every 4 years)
- And ... many more, please read the cryptonote white paper.

To cryptonote coin
- EDC is stable, secured because it based on latest version of Monero
- All transactions in EDC are ringCT
- The first cryptonote enables sub address/sub account
- And more ... check out the announcements and website

Which pool is recommended to start mining?

I joined http://pool.electronicdollar.org/ mining quite smoothly there,
I ran mining for about 5-6 hours and got me about 780 EDC, not bad. Smiley

I post a screencap yesterday of my mining performance, you can find it here,
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2643196.msg27044450#msg27044450

Before we start designing the logo we should really look at changing the name of the coin itself. Electronic dollar has a fiat feel to it we don't really want associated with the coin. Just my 2 cents.

You mentioned that the project is based on monero without the redundancies. Could you please highlight what redundancies you are talking about?
Please checkout our source code in gitbub and use diff command to see how much different between EDC and Monero. We have removed many functions related to hard fork version (ei: if hard_fork1 then else if hard_fork2 then ...). In Monero source code, when process transaction it needs to check if it is version 1 or 2, or if it use ringCT or not and so on ... It makes the serialized object large and obviously redundant to EDC. We've also removed the build-in donate function and not using payment id, integrated address, so many functions related to extract_extra_data to find payment id/integrated address also removed.
If you look into the binary size of Monerod/Monero-wallet-cli and Edollard/Edollar-wallet-cli you'll see that Monero's size is about three time bigger than Edollar.
You'll also see that there are some function like "fixup" in Monero source code. One of the example is the problem with block 202612 which could not be validated by the nodes. This is not happened to EDC.
In fact, there's many more, but I think it is enough for you question.

Super interesting stuff.  Do you think you could add a warning, when someone hits send, to say "If this an an exchange address, please add payment id".  That might stop so many people from making this mistake of forgetting payment id (I know I have before, I don't anymore but I think it would help other newbies).

No pools working with Nicenash. On what pool you can work with Nicehash? Everywhere little initial difficulty, and the pool does not work with Nicehash.
