You better to understand it by yourself in this sphere (and probably yes, a lots of scammers here), then not to blame the other in bad advice.

Invested a bit on SPANK CHAIN (SPANK on Etherdelta) and so far the experience of working with the team and payout has been pretty good.

Yep. I never understood why the US goverment only allows rich people to invest. I would understand if they set a limit based on income to the ammount you can invest, but this way the middle and lower class cannot take advantage. Why don´t you try to propose a law or ask your representatives to change it?

Just be sensible enough on your decisions would really help you out even if you dont have experience or knowledge on first encounter but still our common sense would really help us to investigate and study such projects which we would able to picture and find out on the most possible good way to make money and hitting up the right project. Chances might be slim but if we on the things correctly then chances on making money would really be there.

Oh, it is necessary to do your own research. Even if I tell you that... let´s say, United Traders is good, you still have to read trough the documents, etc... Sometimes these are very technical.

To date, almost every ico company has forced participants in the Bounty to register with Telegram. But it's not enough that they force, they practically do not want to answer questions on the bitcointalk forum, And on Telegram they do not react at all to real participants of generosity. One such ico company is Globitex, a very dubious project and it's worth to think about it.
