Wording is NOT preserved for this particular poll, because it was A)designed for a US forum and B)always contentious due to how specific you can get. I instead decided to change course and instead ask which language a person most frequently speaks. Due to polling limitations, there are some very notable absences in this list, and I expect a strong showing in "Other." The list contains only the most-spoken languages in the world.
(P.S. Words like "spic" were the "shorthand" for the limited space available for the graph -- it obviously wasn't the poll option
