Which of these do you think has the potential to rise in value the most?

Personally, I feel that while we can have a lot of confidence in the success of Ripple as a business, given its connections with banks, the XRP currency isn't necessary for the success of Ripple, and furthermore its circulating supply is too high to deliver substantial growth. IOTA, on the other hand, I feel has the potential to grow exponentially.

I think both is good choice. Ripple has been exist for long period and prove itself as good top altcoin. I dont really see about the price but about exist. Ioat is good and cheap also and has new technology to grow. It has big supporter also in the back. It can grow exponentially like you said.

if I do not choose both, I instead choose DAT and XVG where the two coins are not well known and not seen by people. but you will regret if you do not invest now in XVG and DAT, because in the next year the price of both will skyrocket

I hold both but I prefer IOTA over XRP. Right now IOTA is at a very good price to get in, just below $4. It has for sure the potential to become top 3 coin. On the other hand Ripple will for sure lead the banking sector into the future.

well i think that ripple is a better choice even if its centralized
i think that IOTA is a little suspicious.. everytime something happens to them they have some stupid excuse.. and i think that they know exactly what they are doing..

Yes, I agree with your point of view. Besides, I think that when Ripple is controlled by one company, it is not really a cryptocurrency. I love IOTA, it has shown the value in 2017 and the bright future is coming.

I would look more so into ITC. They're solving all of the problems with the current IoT such as security and inefficiencies with the architecture. Very impressive project and definitely underrated. https://iotchain.io/

Clearly the two altcoins are aimed to have different futures. So it is difficult to know precisely which will have the "better" future. But i prefer IOTA over XRP.

I rather choose IOTA than XRP although both has the same potential to be a good investment. IOTA transaction fees is reasonable enough and provides privacy.  IOTA is decentralized rather than centralized.

in my opinion, the potential increase in value is XRP. because the list of entities using RippleNet includes many financial institutions in several countries. this shows that XRP is superior to IOTA

My choice is IOTA! Experts estimate that AI market will increase from the $200 billion it is valued today to $3.1 trillion by 2025!

i doubt we will have a popularity gain,

i rather expect gains in dollar values, and the dollar to collapse,

I choose ripple.
Ripple is aged technology and project is really huge and gets more and more global acceptance.
More and more banks keep joining Ripple Network.

There was also a coin of ADA. I certainly did not go into the technology, but it too is connected with banks and can do more than Ripple
