If I were you I would invest 30% in Universa and Comsa projects, 50% in top-10 coins and the rest in small cap coins like Blitzcash.

I would recommend to split your investment equally between xrp and nem.
Both of these were super low and I'm glad that i could purchase these below $0.5 each. It still isn't late xrp is partnering with many banks in asia and currently they are even testing their technology I'm sure by next year we'll have some good news.

Two altcoins I would recommend you for year 2018:
1. NEO - in my opinion most undervalued coin ATM. Right now it is at $60, I expect it to be at least $150-200 in 2018
2. Cindicator - although it had some recent pump because of PBC, they have a good idea and a dedicated team. Couple of good partnerships and I can see this project at $300m mcap.

Simply buy ICX and WAN.
ICX is al ready a top 20 coin on CMC barely a week after token unlock.
Their mainnet is expected to be launched before end of 2017 by which time the coin is expected to explode

I do not know why you think that the Sindicator has much more prospects in the future than other projects. Perhaps it is better to call such as Centra or even Soma. but about NEO, there are a lot of questions, because I also participated in this project, but I do not know what will happen next, |

I am considering buy two altcoins, can anyone give some recommendation? I have about $1000 to invest in altcoin.
In my opinion, the best choice is to invest 50% in Ripple (because in last period, there's a big evolution for the price which is $1.10 and there is a leap for the value more than 38%). Then the other half to invest in Bitcoin because it is certain that the price will develop significantly at the beginning of next year (maybe the next price will be near of 40k). |

Why divide $1000 only to two altcoins? There is a lot of good altcoins with great potential. Diversification is a king. For me it's necessary to HODL LTC, ETH, XMR, LSK, POWR, WAVES, VTC, GRS. And invest some ETH to some well selected ICOs too.
