Hmm thought btct autoadjusted the message well posts this sees it on page 15 just bringing it up to the current page.

Update :

We have received our sample-PCB and it is being tested in every aspect. Everything s running well so far. ( Mass production of PCBs will start later and can be finished within one week in Shenzhen)
We also dealed with an acquaintances packaging factory to shorten the Package period from 10days to 3days. I.E. we will get our chips in hand only 3-4 days later after out of  Fab.
We will hold a meeting next weekend in Beijing to discuz our future plans incl.: 2nd gen chips, deployment plans for 1st gen chips, application of analog circuit  in our project , a lot of experts both on R and D have been invited.

Believing in Bitcoins and it's ability to change the world

Yesterday this had 7/0 votes but today it's 6/0 - what gives?

Great spot and question. Someone withdrew their yes vote?

Can anyone explains to me

1 What's the valuation per GHz?
Any proof this guy have ever made an ASIC before?

I've never heard of BTCGarden and I bought 2012 stocks. Now price is falling by 5%. I want to know more before I decided to buy or sell.

Unless this company starts providing updates and shows some forward progress, they're going to have a really hard time dumping another 2 million shares at above .016. we're on track to be .01 by Monday. Not looking good.

What a load of old FUD. They provided an update not 24 hrs ago, and have just had a successful IPO. So its going to suddenly drop from 0.016 to 0.01 in the next 24 hrs for what reason in particular? Looking to buy cheap shares?

No kidding.  Last I checked (about 2 seconds ago), shares were still trading above IPO price.

You are correct. However, they're barely $0.03 above IPO. It's also all relative to when you refresh, there are those fighting to keep it above it. My point is this...

High IPO price + increase in btc/usd price + stagnant company = no chance of those 2 million shares (that are guaranteed to be coming sometime, without notice) being able to be sold above .016, unless something drastically changes.

Aiwill addressed this already:

Thankx so much for the translation although in my side its more or less inaccurate. Smiley

Here re lines about the 2ed-batch.

1. Please notice that: All of you 1st batch of shareholders ,without whom neither this IPO nor our big project would be possible , are our most precious capital. We are  in the same boat and we promise to do our best to line your pockets.

2. Please notice that the 2ed batch of BTCGARDEN will

*be impossible to issue before we reach a significant milestone in the development of our project.

*a portion of 2nd batch shares will be used for "protecting the interests" of our shareholders, which means that there is a possibility that we will not issue all of the 2nd batch of 2,000,000 shares in future. I cannot expand this at the moment but I d like to say this could be a very good deal/offer to all our shareholders.

*Certainly , the price of 2ed will be higher than the 1st.

This is not a quick flip type of stock and never was.  This stock is for those wanting a long position as BTCGARDEN won't be hashing for a while yet.  It's pointless to make statements like yours as those points have been obvious from the moment the IPO was announced.

Your options are:
  1) Take a Xanax and think about the juicy dividends/share price in a couple months.
  2) Sell, and save us future posts like the one above.

I've never thought of it as a quick flip, certainly didn't mean to come across that way. However, those are very real concerns no matter your position. What is their strategy when this becomes a bridge we must cross?

Also, i'm a bit blunt and honest, too much so for the average person at times. I am just bringing up my actual concerns, and not trying to shit on this company. I'm a shareholder (~3000), if it matters.

Good to hear  Wink

The market isn't ready for another round of IPO shares, not even close.  It will be a while before they are released.  If I were to guess, I'd say when the first batch of chips are out a fab and being mounted there will be a huge surge of interest.  That would be a good time to issue a portion, maybe 500k additional shares @ market value.
