I am interested in the last sentence: 2 实在不想跟英文贴的股东可以等一等,稍后我们可能会有专门的股东版,所有的股东会从邮箱收到进入的密码 This contains zero interesting information: "Shareholders who really do not want to follow the english thread, please wait for the to be opened dedicated board. you'll get a password for that board via email." To summarize, he was just saying: He'll do updates here rather than over there, and asked not to start new threads regarding IPO there. there will be a dedicated board on btcman.com for Chinese shareholders. BTCGARDEN don't want to take the risk to talk about this kind of financial topic in a Chinese website, they perfer to talk it here. Chinese government just shot a guy to death last month since they thought he runs a Ponzi scheme

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

The price definitely held much better than I figured it would, but im still thinking its to early to say considering that the lack of news in a market as uneasy as this is all it takes for the price to go lower,
its still below the IPO price and I sold quite a few points higher than the IPO so im still in the money, is it as good as I hoped? No but things dont always work out in this game the way you want and you take the gains and losses in stride, im still waiting for news or no news to rebuy my shares,

Chinese government just shot a guy to death last month since they thought he runs a Ponzi scheme
I see what you're talking about, there was a guy got executed, and there were a lot of protests, because people think he didn't deserve death penalty, because he didn't get to see his family before executed, and probably because we don't have judicial independence here. But he was running a Ponzi scheme. I have no interest in defending the Chinese government but your words are misleading.

Chinese government took his property so he can not pay the debt, which makes it look like a Ponzi scheme, but it's not. he didn't waste money he borrowed, he has a big real estate company, and all real estate companies in China profit a lot.

Yep, and this has happened before many times. When you get rich in China, without proper background, your money will soon be confiscated one way or another.

Let's assume for a second that the VC investment in Avalon is true.
Wouldn't that mean that BTCGARDEN is worth more, not less? The panic selling only makes sense if the company isn't well positioned. Of the companies competing in this space, Asicminer has the best shot at competing due to their current market position/experience and capital. They however are already highly valued and investment in them at the current time has a limited upside.
BTCGARDEN I believe are next in line of those companies able to realistically compete in a meaningful way. Now that they've raised the 3 million from the IPO, there really isn't anything in their way in delivering on their plan. The upside for us of course is that there is a huge potential upside from the current value.
After all, any one company can only control ~35%-~40% or it becomes self defeating.
Thoughts?
Let's assume as has been widely reported in other threads its a fake and move on.
