I have been playing on Bitstarz Casino for over a year now. I would read thread after thread about how they are no good, cheat the players, etc. But i had very little issues with them up until recently. Now none of this may be a big deal to some, but to me its an issue, and i wish to warn the people out there that this is happening.

When dealing with customer support they can read your chat messages even if you do not send them out. So they can read what you type in there no matter if you send the message or not. I was speaking to the support team, during the conversation i start typing a comment that involved the word 50%, but i deleted the comment and never sent this message to the support team. The support then brings up asking about the 50% comment. Some how he knew what i typed and i didnt ever send it. Look at the pictures and chat script below for a better understanding. To me this is a total invasion of privacy. No where do they say this can happen. To me this seems very very wrong. I think if they would do something sneaky like this then there is no limit to the underhand things they will do. I will post the chat script below and pictures also. Take what you want from this.

Also, bitstarz is promoting games that they know and admit do not work. Bitstarz has a couple promotions during the week involving free spins. Yes i understand they are giving me freespins and yes i am grateful for this. But when you are advertising a promotion on your website for free spins, yet the freespins they are giving out are too a game that isnt currently working, There is something wrong with that. The chat logs below show the support team admitting yes they know its a broken game but they are still giving out the promotion free spins for it. They are advertising freespins to bring in new players, yet the freespins they are giving out are worthless because you cant play the game. False advertising. I feel cheated as a player, not getting the promotion which is advertised on the website. If you dont want to give out freespins that is fine, but DO NOT advertise freespins and give out something worthless and broken.

Again, all of this may not be a big deal, some of you may not care at all. But i felt the need to show and prove that bitstarz casino is cheating the players, invading your privacy and false advertising. Take all of this as you will. I am welcome to speak to any bitstarz representative involving this matter for clarification and to right the wrongs that they are committing.

Most live chat systems actually show the agent in-progres messages. I've integrated a few of the available live chat services myself and they all do it by default. It quite often helps the agent to understand what the customer is trying to get at/what they want, you'd be surprised quite how many customers will sit writing an essay explaining a common issue that the agent can answer in seconds.

If you don't want the agent to see what your typing, do it in another window and copy the text over after. They will most likey realise you are doing this but at least you have time to compose your answer before they see it. This applies to all sites with live chat, not just bitstarz.

you would be shocked,but every site has the function of reviewing the logs
of personal messages,chat or live support messages
them being able to see what you are typing without you sending it is very shady but not unheard of
don't see how they cheated you in this particular case,to be honest

That is correct. Nowadays this is a very common feature and i think it correlates with usual privacy t&c. I work for the customer support of one of germany's biggest broadband provider and this tool was implemented 1 or 2 years ago. It's very useful and we never had any trust issues.

As far as I understand, your main concern is about privacy, not the bonus for a non-working game. Well, I think that there's nothing illegal in that, I am sure that something in their Terms and Conditions makes pre-reading thing allowed. As for the game - well, maybe they will repair it with time, and besides, it's not like they are obliged to make giveaways anyway.
This casino has pretty good rates and they do have provably fair games and even provide an explanation how the game's fairness can be checked on their website.
Yet they do have negative trust and there are lots of scam accusations on them on this forum, so maybe it's better just to avoid it.

After some time and after I long gone from their site, I think many of scam accusation on them. And that is all is a real thing, I do not know why they want to scam people after such a reputation they make here. Last time when I played, everything is fine and their livechat sure respond well but now they seems to be down and lose people trust

I wouldn't be so pissed about the chat pre-reading nor would I call it invasion of privacy. It's a customer support chat, pre-reading here would only improve the service time and quality. Maybe they should stick the text telling about this somewhere. I am sure it must be somewhere in their terms or other docs.
As far as broken games are considered, it's a mistake of their bad developers and customer support. I won't make a call on their morality here.
I too have read several accusations on them, I guess this is what happens when you employ bad devs and customer support.
