your choice depends on which coins you want to store. there's some overlap between them but also quite a few that aren't shared. i have both. i don't really have strong feelings about either one myself.

Which hardware wallet to choose? What wallet have you got? Which one is secure? What altcoins can be allocated there?

Trezor Model T is new and will be available only in few months.  It is more expensive and slowly will add more alts.  It for sure is better option if you are not in a hurry and you want to store only top coins at start.

this is what i want to do.

Yeah, it would not be the cheapest, but i think it would be supported for a lot of year and it will have last improve of security

Both of them are secure the only difference that I see is that Ledger supports more coins and is cheaper. I personally am using Ledger Nano S and I'm happy with it.

Thank you a lot for information about new model.
I haven't seen any news about upcoming ones. Where I can find info about it?

Both wallets are very secure and the list of supported coins is on their sites. I own both but I prefer Trezor because it's look more 'professional' and feel it better in my hand.
One advice - always buy only from official retails and never second hand.
Unfortunately, we haven't got any official store in Ukraine.
But there are some stores that sell new ones.
Cant you just order it from manufacturer website and have it sent to your home adress?I am sure they send it pretty much everywhere as they send it to my country and we are outside eu2.Also i would skipp second hand buy and only buy it direct from manufacturer
It a great idea. Unfortunately, the price of delivery is very high, but buying new wallet really worth it in order to protect cryptocurrency.

Trezor - were the first among developers and there were no cases of hacking. Therefore, there is more trust in this device. I did not see any negative reviews about him.

between the two, i would probably choose the Nano, why? its because its more secured above all the wallets, it is a hardware type wherein you can transact your transaction by using it, without it, your wallet cannot be hack.

Both are a very good option to store crypto by checking online reviews.
I think the ledger nano of 50 usd is worth and probably getting one for myself.

My choice is Ledger Nano S. It has high level of security. It looks like the usual USB flash drive. There is possible to store both bitcoins and altkoins on ETH in it.

Hope it helps

As you have already used both, tell me, please, is there any difference between Trezor and Ledger?
How long have you been using them? Which one was first? And why did you buy another one?

Note that the cost of a Ledger device is around $60, while the cost of a Trezor device is closer to $100. Trezor has slightly better wallet software, even allowing transaction information to be synced with a DropBox account. There are options to create an endless amount of hidden accounts by password protecting a user’s seed. Trezor also has a password directory that is easily accessible. Both devices cover a lot of cryptocurrencies with more being added all the time. The Ledger provides great support for Ethereum and some ERC-20 tokens, where as the Trezor supports all ERC-20 tokens.

Both has actually same functions it will only matter on how the person take care of this offline wallets but compare to online wallets this two is so much secure what people must only do is keep them in a place that is difficult to get because it can be stolen anytime and can easily take away from you without your knowledge unless you were able to check them from time to time
