why can't trezor support all erc20 tokens? can't you just view them all on MEW

no need to have a private key when using trezor. things run very smoothly with Trezor. I'm very pleased with it's performance.

I love Ledger nano S , it's easy to use and can support many coins. Buy any hardware wallet it's much safer than holding your coins on an exchange or desktop or web wallets.
Stay safe !!

I use Trezor, it completely suits me. For the sake of interest, I want to try Ledger, but there is no time for it.

I think honestly you can't go wrong with either.

However I have a Nano Ledger S and it's been great so far. Easy to use, cheaper than a Trezor, supports ERC20 tokens. Ticks all the boxes for me  Grin

Which hardware wallet to choose? What wallet have you got? Which one is secure? What altcoins can be allocated there?

both are very secure. i am very satisfied with ledger nano s and can recommend to you...it also cheaper. it won't disappoint you.
Yes, guaranteed fully secured. The securities of our wallet can't be base of what we've using, it only depend the holders how they handled on it. Since we are in online system, still we are all vulnerable for hacks and possible of losing our keys somewhere else. With that scenarios, careful and back-up of our keys are very important, and even using other pc isn't advisable cause it only lead others to know your transactions and even your account keys.

hello both device are good & safe. but Ledger nano S support more coins.i think many people's like&use Ledger. trezor is also good. but i like Ledger Nano S.
And how much did it cost? Friends call absolutely different prices. Are you completely satisfied with its quality? How long can they be used? I'm going to buy it and I need advice from a real user.
I have ordered Trezor. I haven't recieved it yet. So I will comment its work a bit later. But I can say some words about the price: 89€ + 17€ for the delivery (to Ukraine). If you buy multipack (3 wallet together), you will get a discount - 22€. But to receive parcel which costs more than 150€ (multipack costs 245€), you have to pay extra money - 1000 UAH. So for Ukrainian I recommend to buy one wallet. You will save money and time.
Later I will write about my experience after using Trezor.

I can't speak to the quality of Trezor wallets, but I absolutely love my Ledger Nano S. It has worked perfectly with no hiccups since day one, and it allows me to use decentralized exchanges completely worry free on any of my computers. I would definitely feel less confident about logging in to exchanges all the time on various networks, typing in passwords and the like, if I didn't have the hardware wallet. Peace of mind is priceless.

Trezor only supports BTC, BCH, BTG, LTC, DASH, ZEC, ETH and ETC. The new Trezor T will support way more but it's not coming out until early next year
So few coins. And what about ERC20 coins on Ethereum platfotm network? I have a decent number of different coins from some ISOs

I would advise you to use both, for diversification, because even those wallets can be hacked.

Later I will write about my experience after using Trezor.

I have already recieved my Trezor and want to mention some points:
First of all, to install it you need to name it (if you wish), write 6-numbers password/passphrase and write down 24 seed words.
Then you will get 6 different addresses: BTC, BCH, LTC, DASH, ETC and ETH. Using ETH is possible with myEtherWallet, so ALL ERC-20 coins available on myEtherWallet are also available on your TREZOR. You can open a list of them on myEtherWallet and choose Trezor on this website. After this you write down your password and on the screen you can see, send, recieved ERC-20 coins as usual

Does not have 100% reliable wallets, you yourself have to protect yourself as much as possible. For example, working not on the Window, but on Ubuntu, it will be more reliable, even though the development of viruses is not now in place.

I think that this comparison is probably worth choosing Trezor, because I never used Ledger, unless of course I get such an opportunity. But I think that such a possibility is only of necessity

Trezor and Ledger have already proven themselves as excellent products. Both of these purses will save you your money, only Ledger Nano S will make it cheaper. Currently, it costs about $ 30 less than Trezor. After all, the whole choice comes down to what you prefer best in terms of design and reputation. Ledger is more elegant, but Trezor exists on the market for a longer time.

Tresor is safer. Ledger was susceptible to the attack "Man in the middle". Now they have corrected this threat, but still I would not trust them after that.
If you want complete security for storing crypto currency - use Tails OS.

Trezor and Ledger are both secured hardware wallet. And this two wallet are able to access in MyEtherWallet and powered by blockchain. Ethereum is the most compatible altcoin in trezor ledger but you can store here other coin because it supported and powered by altcoin.
